Valet service      : Do you have any laundry this morning, sir ?

Guest                 : Yes, I have.

Valet service      : May I check your laundry please…?

Guest                 : Yes, please.

Valet service      : In your laundry there are 1 Short, 2 Trouser, 3 t-shirt and in your laundry nothing to broke, is that’s right ?

Guest                 : Yes, that’s right.

Valet service      : Now, may I know what kind of service do you would like for your laundry ?

Guest                 : What kind of service do you have ?

Valet service      : In our hotel, we have 3 kind of service, there are :

Ø  Regular service

Ø  Special service

Ø  Express service

Guest                 : Could you like to explain all that service for me ?

Valet Service     : Certainly Mr. Andrew

1.      First, Regular service, if you use this service, your laundry will pick up at 10.00 am in the morning and it will be returning at 06.00 pm in the same day, and the price for this service is normal price.

2.      Second, Special service that’s need more then 3 hours and less then time of regular service and we will charge you 50% extra charge if you see this service.

3.      And the last, Express service, in this service your laundry will finish in 3 hours. For this case, we will charge you 100% extra charge.

Now, may I know what kind service do you would like ?

Guest                 : I would like express service.

Valet service      : Well, Mr. Andrew do you have special request ?

Guest                 : No, thanks

Valet service      : Okay, Mr. Andrew, may I repeat your request ?

Guest                 : Yes, Please

Valet service      : Your request is you would like to laundry 1 Short, 2 Trouser, 3 t-shirt with use Express service. Is that right ?

Guest                 : Yes that’s right.

Valet Service     : Well, Mr. Andrew. Thank you very much for your complete information. We will be finishing your laundry as well as we can do. And I’ll see you in next 3 hours. Have a nice day Mr. Andrew stay in our hotel.

Guest                 : Thank you for your service.

Valet service      : You’re welcome.     

DELIVERY SERVICE

Valet service      : Good afternoon, valet service please…….

Guest                 : Yes, wait a moment please…..

Valet service      : Good afternoon Mr. Andrew

                              I would like to delivery your laundry what have done. May I know , where will I put your laundry ?

Guest                 : Great, it’s very quick service. You can put my laundry on my bed.

Valet service      : Yes, I’ll Mr. Andrew

                              Well, Mr. Andrew, your laundry is 1 Short, 2 Trouser, 3 t-shirt. Would you like to check it first ?

Guest                 : Yes, Of course. Well that’s perfect, thank you very much.

Valet service      : You’re welcome Mr. Andrew. Now, would you like to check and sign your bill please ?   

Guest                 : Yes of course. Where I can do it ?

Valet service      : In this space please ! Well Mr. Andrew. I really look forward to wait of handle your laundry again at our place, because we always to the best for your laundry.

Guest                 : Of course.

Valet service      : Thank you, have a nice day Mr. Andrew.
